TWONGEREKAWA COKO Cooperative

Twongerekawa Coko is the cooperative that was born from an initiative by coffee experts and large-scale farmers producing outstanding-quality coffee at farms located on Rwanda’s hillsides. The Cooperative invests in targeted farming activities to maximize production. It is led by a female president called Therese NYIRANGWABIJE. The cooperative’s farmers receive training in best agriculture practices and professional coffee washing station processing techniques. This effort is made to create the best return for farmers. In general, we are coffee farmer's cooperative formed to develop its members and the community in general mainly from coffee crop by increasing the production in quality and quantity. Now the Cooperative has 204 members where 56 Youth by 169 are women and 35 Men.
